Cityville Game Hall every day required to add a certain amount of friends that the building staff. Once you get to upgrade your mayor, your chances of finding more energy and zoning permits in the collection of which will increase. This is what you need for each level and how each level will increase the possibility of more resources:
Town Hall, Level 2 (requires a staff of three friends)
* Probability of 30% drop 1 Energy
* 10% chance of falling 2 Energy
* Ability to drop 2% 4 Energy
* 10% chance to drop a permit to Zoning
City Hall, Level 3 (requires four friends on the staff)
* Probability of 30% drop 1 Energy
* 15% chance to drop the second Energy
* 5% chance to drop the fourth Energy
* 20% chance to drop a zoning license
* 10% chance to win two licenses Zone
Adding friends to you the staff is easy. Just click on the Town Hall, Level 1 to open the update window. You will notice that Samantha was already full of half your staff the building (this applies to both levels). So, no need to fill in the blanks with your friends by clicking the "hire friends." Once your friends accept the invitation, you must update the game to see the results. However, you must wait five days to collect the building or five times before you can upgrade to level 3
As a side note: Upgrading the town hall also increases your population cap. Cityville Game Hall Level 2 up to the people of the building from 100 to 150, while the City Hall level 3 increases this figure to 500 This is an increase of 500 people in total! You will also find that your appearance will change and Town Hall looking Regal much as you improve. Not too bad for a couple of simple requests for friendship.
